Trying to mix your own e-liquids at home can be quite the process of trial and error, and then once you create a concoction you really enjoy you have to worry about the possibility of forgetting how exactly you created it. Fortunately, there’s now a foolproof way to keep track of all of your homemade e-liquid recipes thanks to a new app from the Vapester vape company, one of the UK’s largest online retailers of vaping products. (As of May 1, 2020, Vapester vape shop is known as VapeKit.)

Vapester’s E-Liquid Recipe App

This new app, which is called the Custom E-Liquid Recipes App For DIY Mixing, is designed to work with Android devices. It can be used on a smartphone or on a tablet, just so long as the device is running Android OS 4.0.3 and higher. Of course, as is typically the case with vaping products (even software such as this), there is an age requirement. In this case, Vapester’s new app is rated “M” for mature, making it only accessible to those who meet the age requirement.

Where To Download The App

While Apple has pulled vaping apps from the Apple App Store, Google has not. Currently, there’s no version of Vapester’s e-juice recipes app available for iOS devices, leaving iPhone users to fend for themselves. There is, however, an Android version of the app that is available for download on the Google Play Store and it’s completely free to use. There are no in-app purchases and there are no advertisements, just a clean and simple app that does what it’s designed to do.

How The E-Liquid Recipes App Works

The home screen of the app is a list of custom e-liquid recipes saved by the user. To add new recipes, users simply click the “new recipes” button. This displays a screen where users can select ingredients or add new ones and choose the amount of each ingredient. Once done, users simply save the recipe under the name of their choosing, such as “Best Banana Menthol E-Liquid” and then pull it up anytime they want to recreate the custom flavor.

Technical Details

This new app was released by Vapester on the Google Play Store earlier this year. The exact launch date listed on Google Play is April 2, 2020. The app, fairly small in size, takes up just 2.6M of space. The latest version is the initial release, which is version 1.0, and there have yet to be any updates released.

DIY E-Liquid Mixing Explained

Not all vapers are content with the large number of e-liquids available on the market. For vapers who just can’t find what they want in stores, there’s another option: making your own e-liquid at home.

How To Make E-Liquid At Home

Crafting your own vape juice isn’t as hard as some vapers might think. With the right products, just about anyone can do it. Bottles to hold the e-liquid once it’s made, syringes or droppers to transfer ingredients, a measuring cup for obvious reasons, nicotine if the user prefers, VG or PG as the base, water, and flavoring is all it really takes to concoct new e-liquids at home.

Of course, there is a need to be careful when handling ingredients such as nicotine, but the process is otherwise straightforward and relatively simple. With plenty of e-liquid mixing guides online to help vapers who are interested in making their own vape juices, the time is ripe for those who want to get started. And with apps like Vapester’s new recipe book for DIY e-liquid mixers, it’s never been easier for vapers to keep track of their favorite recipes.

For those who don’t want to mix their own e-liquids, there are still thousands to choose from. In fact, there are enough e-juice flavors on the market to make some vapers wonder why anyone would bother making their own. Vapester carries one of the widest selection of e-juices on their online store. They literally stock e-liquids from hundreds of manufacturers, including some of the biggest names in vaping, such as Blu, Cuttwood, VIP, Hangsen E-Liquid, Riot Squad, and many others. So if you’re one of the many vapers who does not want to mix their own e-liquid, then all you have to do is head on over to Vapester’s online vape store and order the e-liquids that you want from their massive selection.
